The fluffy scrambled egg flakes, enhanced with cream are very succulent and are easily prepared! The scrambled egg “Ready Scramble“ is available in the varieties: natural, with creamed spinach, bacon or ham-cheese. Available as a 1 kg bag for bulk consumers or a 10 kg carton.

Preparation and use

Microwave Cover and heat 250g scrambled egg for approx. 3 minutes at 700Watt.
Combisteam oven Cover and heat 1kg scrambled egg for approx. 6 minutes at 80% humidity and 160°C.
Pan Heat up in a frying pan with a little butter stirring continuously.
